Joining the waitlist reserves your interest and your place in line for early access. It isn't a purchase, a subscription, or a binding agreement, and it doesn't guarantee you access, a specific launch date, specific pricing, or specific features.

Where we mention perks for early-access creators — for example, zero transaction fees for a limited period — those are offers we intend to honor for confirmed early-access creators, not guarantees, until VELL formally launches and we communicate final terms directly to you.

On this website, please don't:

• Submit false information when joining the waitlist.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the site — including automated or bulk signups.
• Use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or spam content.

The VELL name, logo, and the content on this site belong to the people building VELL. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

This is a pre-launch, informational website. We provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features, pricing, timelines, and eligibility criteria described here are all subject to change before VELL formally launches.

To the maximum extent the law allows, VELL isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be waived under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms as VELL gets closer to launch. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the update. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
